Typical bars with store bought products are sure ways to bring great beverages to your guests. Sometimes, though, people are looking for more of a craft experience with fresh ingredients & intricate flavor profiles.
As a lover of mixology, I can always notice when the ingredients in my beverage are fresh or house-made. It feels like an extra treat!

Pricing & how it works
Farm-to-Fresh takes significantly more time to prepare, & it often requires better quality ingredients to let the freshness shine through. Because of this, I price a Farm-to-Fresh bar about 30% more than what store-bought-bar would cost. The cost of garnishes are included!
Here’s an idea of what that would look like:
The cost for 3 beverages & the general bar with 75 guests & 5 hours of service will cost about $750.
If your bar featured 3 Farm-to-Fresh Beverages for a 5 hour service, & with 75 guests, this would cost about roughly $975.
Of course, this would depend on the level of intricacy of the beverages, & this is something we could iron out in the consultation call.
I was hired for a wedding that wanted a Farm-to-Fresh beverage that included lacto-fermented Blueberry Puree. This was a method of brining organic blueberries to create a puree that would be in the drink.
Not only was this a super fun experiment for me to learn more about mixology, but it completely changed the cocktail. Guests' eyes widened every time I served this beverage, & it was a knock out hit at the wedding. It was a tedious, large amount of work, but the results were completely worth it!
